  • Bala Krishna or baby Krishna is seated on a diamond shaped base with his arm cradled around a butter pot

  • Chola Bronzes is an ancient art introduced by the Great Cholas in the 7th Century and Triumph Enterprises even today follows the traditional ancient way of casting the Chola Bronzes according to the Shilpashastra ( Art of Casting )

  • The bronzes are completely hand made

  • The specaility of bronzes is that the value keeps increasing as the days go by

  • Bronzes made in our unit are panchalogas( Alloy of 5 metals - Copper, brass, zinc, gold and silver )

  • The original color of bronze is Golden

  • Since the hidden details are presented better in antique look , these bronzes are also supplied with green and brown patina( Antique Finish )

  • one piece can made at a time

  • Chola period bronzes were created using the lost wax technique

  • Lost wax method

  • This method involves making a statue out of beeswax with some hardening agents added, and then clay is packed around it (very fine clay for the layer closest to the image) and baked

  • During the firing, the wax drains out and the clay is then available to be used as a cast

  • The figure is unique because the mold can't be used again
